Ascot Radiology AUT Millennium - Rosedale

Great level of care, used the service for obstetric ultrasound and the team were incredibly thorough and just lovely in general.

Spending that little bit extra to go to Ascot Radiology at the Millennium is worth it. I've been to other places and AR is by far the best. The staff are lovely and kind, facilities are top and rooms spacious. Plus there is car parking right outside.

poor experience had my 3d scan the sonographer, "J" wasn't patient enough to wait until my baby moves position to scan the face. She won;t even offer to go extra mile, not worth paying $$$. At the end of the 30 min session she was able to capture the tiny ear of the baby that was saved on the CD, LOL!! do you think it is worth to be framed or something?No empathy to the customer, strict 30 mins session. She doesn;t know how it feels being a mum seeing your baby's face is priceless. Never again. Won;t recommend this company

We where informed we had a miscarriage and we asked reception to cancel the next scan we booked earlier. My wife then received a txt notification reminding her of the scan we cancelled. My wife responded to the txt that we will not need the appointment as we had a miscarriage. The next day my wife received a call from a irritable person asking where we where. If you work in this industry that is probably the one thing you need to get right. The service we received during the scan was really good though just a shame about their process.

I don’t often feel the need to write reviews but after my experience with a growth scan at Ascot Radiology yesterday, I feel I have to as would hate for it to happen to someone else. I’m a first time Mum and 29 weeks pregnant and went in for a 4D scan with Priya Gain and another sonographer who was being trained on the equipment. My baby has measured normal up until now but I was informed by the sonographers that she was in the 90% percentile then repeatedly told how “big” she was and asked more than once if I have gestational diabetes (which I don’t, I was tested last week). There was no reassurance that everything would be okay, just repeated comments about her size which caused me to be very anxious and upset. I found the comments referring to her as “it” really impersonal – comments such as “it is in a really annoying position” “it is not doing what we want” really surprised me. I also found the comments about my previous obstetrician being “so overqualified he couldn’t write a report properly” very unprofessional. I came away with pains in my tummy as Priya was pushing so hard, something which she seemed to pride herself on – “I am a lot harder than you” (to the trainee). I understand the need to report the facts, but I would expect sensitivity and kindness for delivery of this information. I have had lots of scans before this one, all with such lovely warm sonographers and was looking forward to this one so much. It was the first time my Mum had come with me to a scan and she was also excited. I thought I may be being an emotional pregnant woman but both my Mum and husband were also shocked with this experience. We came to Ascot as we wanted the 4D scan and paid $110 for this (we could have got a standard scan down the road for $20 with a much more caring experience). We were emailed photos, I would have thought for this price we would at least get print outs too. As a first time Mum you are doing everything and anything to make sure you have a healthy baby and to have an experience like this where I was made to feel like I have done something wrong, very disappointing. I was in tears the whole way home. Overall, a really disappointing experience and will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone!

I don't usually write reviews but I think it is important for futures patients who are looking for references about this place. I've been at differents branches of another radiology group and NEVER happend something like this with my first pregnancy. A couple of months ago I had to book an appointment due I was six weeks pregnant and I was bleeding. The man that performed the transvaginal ultrasound spent a few minutes in silence until I said: "there's no heartbeat, isn't it?", and he said "No". Although I knew that it probably happens, I started to cry (of course) and he said to me "oh no no, don't cry, it's NOTHING". I couldn't believe what he said to me, and I said to myself don't cry don't cry but I was feeling devastated. When he pulled out the transducer it was with blood (of course) and he said : "oh too much blood", WHAT DID HE EXPECT? I was there because I was bleeding!!!. And after that I got out of the room and I couldn't stop crying but I didn't want to look at him so I was looking to the main entrance, he came and in the middle of the waiting room he explained the same to my husband, "don't worry, it's nothing, it's better that happened now and blah blah ...". I will never ever come back to the place I swear.  It is the worst place that I've been in my whole life.

I wish i read the review before i book for this branch. Has injected my mum twice, the blood was everywhere Seem unprofessional, asked for chinese translation from the machine during ct scan, we did ct scan in another branch before, the machine work perfectly with chinese instruction like breath in and out, But it hasn't happened this time, with no Chinese instruction, My mum has no idea when to breath in and out nor hold her breath, So finally we are unsure about the quality of the scan. It's a cancer, i don't know what happened but i wish they could treat it more seriously. I still have to pay 1600 By myself while the quality of the scan is unsure, very very disappointed.

Jillian is one of the best Sonographer I met! She is kind and professional, she explained all the details to me during the scan! Amazing service
