★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little frustrating when you take the morning off work for an appointment here only to find out ON ARRIVAL that they cannot do your scan as the Sonographer is sick. No solution provided, just "come back another day". Very disappointing - would never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has anyone else ever been charged by Horizon Radiology for a copy of their own x-rays or scans? They seem to think I have to pay them to provide me with a copy of my own medical records.
This is a clear breach under the Privacy Act. Appalling customer service.
