I also thank you for fitting me in.
BUT
When I called I said " ive got a thing from the dr telling me to get a chest xray , is there a cost for that "
Answer " yes $140 unless you have medical insurance or ACC ."
So I said " I cant afford that so I wont bother then."
I called my dr whom told me there was no cost at all to me .
I called the TRG lady back and asked her why was it $140 contrary to my what my dr said .
Her reply was there must be a poac code on the form , which means no cost to me.
I said to her that I was lucky I called my dr as I was going to throw the form away and not get it done due to the cost.
She put it back on me that it was.my fault for not explaining properly - she done this 3 times in our conversation .
I instructed her it was actually her fault for not being.proactive in her approach and asking about a code on the form .
TRG .... THIS IS HOW PEOPLE DIE
You need to review your enquirey protocols .
Maybe a customer care course for the lady.in question .
MY MAIN CONCERN IS SOMEONE ELSE NOT GETTING AN XRAY.DUE TO COST -WHEN THERE IS NO CHARGE.
ONCE AGAIN THIS IS HOW PEOPLE DIE
NEGLIGENCE AND INCORRECT INFORMATION AND PROTOCOLS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason they keep giving us the trainee girl to do our scans. She's lovely but I hope she gets faster at doing her job - my wife gets hard cramps after every session because it's taking nearly an hour for each session we've had so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception lady who picked the call was pretty rude, impatient and unfriendly just because I couldn’t say some complex and uncommon medical terms on my radiology order. She was even trying to “help” me correct the pronunciation of some simple words, what a nice person she is! Maybe I should pay her some tuition fee for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and also had a positive ultrasound experience. This branch was a little smaller than another TRG Imaging branch we previously went to, but nevertheless provided us with what we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome friendly customer service receptionists, comfortable inviting waiting room, normal conversation and they look like they enjoy there job. Thank you ladies. Albany team are awesome.
Some other places I've been too depending who who you get they talk to me like there hosting a five star dinner and hotel reservations.
Sonographer is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontline staff are not very helpful, showing no empathy to a patient. Customer service is below par, staff not going an extra mile to understand a patient situation, sticking rigidly to a norm, not thinking outside of the box, no flexibility to offer an alternative solution to a problem. Another receptionist was just looking and not serving nor acknowledging the presence of a client in front of her by saying “one moment” or “I’ll be with you shortly”. Hope you can improve on your level of service. Nonetheless, I’m not going back. It’s a total waste of time. I’ll get a better quality of customer experience queuing up long in another medical centre.

Receptionist was so unorganised and unhelpful, never emailed me my results was just yelling out to the other staff hopefully we get to leave soon for the long weekend now I have to wait until Tuesday to get a response. First pregnancy and this person ruined the whole experience :( She wasn’t wearing a mask either.
