β β β β β While the sonographer was lovely and did a great job, the receptionist was unwelcoming, unkind and generally seemed like she was annoyed that we were there for our appointment. Felt like i was not even acknowledged as a person. A small hello goes a long way, rather than a snappy "sign in" before you get a chance to open the app.
The appointment costed $103 which is really steep for a growth scan in comparison to other companies which provide a much more comforting and relaxed setting.

β β β β β Best decision ever was to include Sonelle scans with my precious pregnancy . Trish is very highly experienced and very kind and approachable sonographer who provides truly heartful care and consistency. Sonelle has more advanced ultrasound/scanning equipment which unfortunately many obstetricians/fertility specialists are lacking in NZ so its definitely worth to spend few hundred dollars to get this level of care with Trish and Sonelle. Highly recommend !
