Had conversation with Richard. Feel Satisfied by his views on strength training. I personally recommend that People who are interested for long term strength training should go with Atlas Gymnasium.

Trainers are very knowledgeable and they tailor make programs based on your needs and fitness levels.
If you want to improve strength, do not miss this one.
