β β β β β Alyse runs an excellent studio. We used to be regulars, and have since moved. We cannot find anything comparable, even in a bigger city. Attentive, creative, challenging and enjoyable, this is a fabulous studio with exceptional instructors.

β β β β β The Reform Fitness Studio is greatοΌHighly recommend. I started the Pilate exercise here from August. The trainers here are very professional and thoughtful! Pilate exercise really help me to become more fit, improve my body balance and strength my muscle. I do enjoy the classes here, especially the Alyse's and Babs's classes.
