Don't look down your nose at them and don't prejudge them. Your receptionists, not Insta enfluencers. Your next job interview may be my company

Cityfitness club itself is nice. the staff are friendly, the facilities are clean etc but my god is there membership and cancelation policy ridiculous. They make it so hard to cancel and make you jump through hoop to disengage using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness is good. Very clean and nice. Perfect location You can park your car 90mins for free. But it is very limited. (Only 5:30am~8:45am/4:00pm~9:00pm for free 90mins car park on monday to friday and weekends are all day free 90 mins free car park.) - I don’t recommend you come to cityfitness by car.
If you go there by bike, you can park your bike on the level 1 of the car park.
Now, they open fitness just up to 9:00pm. After 3 weeks, they open it 24hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparing to other gyms , I would say low quality facilities, impolite staff, diry changing room, poor ventilation system…..but it is cheap gym. Not good for professional people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded fitness centre with unprofessional facilities; only 2 cable machines for 100 people during peak hours! One biceps bar for the entire gym?! The majority of machines have been out of service for quite some time. Terrible ventilation. No training mats or resistance bands are available in the gym. Not recommended for professionals.

I love everything about this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the people working at the reception forget that part of their jobs are to be welcoming and say hello. There’s only one woman at reception that is always polite while the rest of them make you feel unwelcome and make you feel as if it’s a burden to ask them anything. Besides that it’s a great gym though
