β β β β β I don't often write a review but i feel that these guys deserve it.
I had moved all they way to the UK at the start of this year.As this is a fairly big move, dealing with Auckland Airport Pet Services made things feel much smoother and reduced the anxiety. The staff are extremely warm, friendly and efficient! You can see they have a passion for their animals and love what they do! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I will definitely be spreading the word. Thanks a million guys!

β β β β β I have used Auckland Airport Pets numerous times and the last time just recently sending 2 pups overseas. The communication was outstanding and I was kept up to date with everything, even getting a photo of the 2 pups at the kennels before flying. Highly recommended for anyone wanting first class service

β β β β β I can recommend Auckland Airport Pet Services as I recently had a large dog flown from Auckland to Christchurch with them. The service was second to none, great communication and my dog arrived as scheduled. Price was very reasonable, service was excellent, staff were fantastic. They even solved the problem of a cage as well. Highly recommend using this company.

β β β β β VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR PETS OVERSEAS. We initially booked with Airport Pets to have our dogs sent from Auckland to Adelaide. Lindy had been great to deal with and had gained my trust that our girls would arrive safely in Adelaide August 2021. However she did not communicate that she would be taking leave and that's when it all went horribly wrong. If I had not contacted Airport Pets the day prior to departure, our dogs would have arrived in Melbourne with no further arrangement made to get them to us in Adelaide. Moana refused to help organise the next leg of their trip, I told her to cancel the initial flight until I had organised the MEL -ADL leg (initally Lindy had apparently arranged this with another company in MEL). I asked Moana to book them on the next available flight, but when I got back to her she said they had been bumped off that flight, then this occurred not once but a second time! When I asked her what was going on, she said it was out of her control and due to the transportation of dry-ice... hmm interesting. I explained to Moana how upsetting this was for me given my circumstances - in quarantine with two toddlers, in an empty rental, without my husband. She then referred me onto another company, saying that it was prehaps better if I tried with someone else. Thankfully PET TRANSPORT were incredible, and our dogs arrived here incredibly quick. To not receive any further contact or apology from Airport Pet Services, and to be told to go with another company is incredibly unprofessional. Moana did however provide a full refund. Save yourself the stress and anxiety, go with Gen at Pet Transport who has the experience and heart to get your pets to you safely.

β β β β β Awesome service! I highly recommend airport pet services. We recently relocated from auckland to brisbane and took our pet cat Ash with us. Airport pets took such amazing care of Ash from the moment we made contact. There communication was always on point, very lovely and pleasant to talk with. So helpful, they talked me throught the whole process and reassure me of everything I was unsure of. Upon meeting them when dropping Ash off they were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Had good laughs and just made me feel at home and comfortable to leave my baby with. Ash arrived safely in Australia, all paper work was done correctly and picking Ash up was really easy!. Ash is so happy and loves her new environment. Thank you airport pets for your amazing service and taking care of our fur baby Ash!

β β β β β One of the most stressful and horrible experiences with customser service I've ever had in New Zealand. Started off lovely. Moana was polite and easy to deal with. The entire booking was based around our dog getting on a flight around a similar date that our family was flying out. So.. before we booked our own airfares (3 months out) we had her check if our dog could get on Singapore Airlines. Once confirmed we purchased the airfares for our flights and paid a deposit to book our dog. Then came the paper work. We were then told they couldn't book his flight until we had a consignee confirmed (someone to pick him up at the airport overseas). As we had yet to secure one we said we were working on it. This unfortunately was a real challenge. Here's where the breakdown occurred. They never followed up with us over the next few weeks. Not once. We didn't realise our 'confirmed' date was lost until I rang to explain the delay and they said he could no longer get on a flight until 6 months away due to Singapore Airlines being booked up suddenly. You can imagine our horror. I became very stressed and annoyed they hadn't been in touch to secure the date. They said it was my fault as they needed a consignee, even though they later told me they could've just put down a temporary consignee to make the booking and then change the details later. When I got frustrated over the phone Moana simply hung up on me which they would later claim I was abusive. Bolloks. I never called them names but yes I was angry. They wouldn't refund my $1000 deposit for almost 2 weeks until I said I was coming into their office to get it. These people are awful and incompetent. I since found a company who got our dog to Europe safely around the same date we originally locked in with this company - without any stress. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from Airport Pet Services.

Moana and her team were absolutely fantastic, they answered all my questions and calmed me down when things got stressful. They ensured all relevant document was ready for the transportation. Great communication and everything they planned worked well. What could have been a very stressful time was turned into an absolute special moment of reunion. Thank you
