β β β β β Friendly staff, great layout, different sections to cater to different dog personalities. My dog seems to enjoy going to day care and having other dog interaction time. We have also boarded him there and will continue to do so as needed.

β β β β β Weve tried a few different places and Tully (medium heading dog) loves it here. Really like that now they know her we can often get short notice overnights! And they're happy if we drop her for the day with no notice at all which is great as our schedules are a bit unreliable. Love how they often put up pics on the Facebook page as well!
Good service, great price, really good covid response. We will keep her coming as long as we are in Auckland!

I was attending a wedding in Auckland and was looking for a place for my Maltese baby. I called Brookby team and they were happy to help.
The area was nice and clean and team was very welcoming. My furry βMastiβ didnβt throw any tantrums when I dropped or picked him ?. Though the team knew he may be on one off visit yet they didnβt charge a penny. I will use them again for sure. A very satisfied parent highly recommends Brookby ?!

β β β β β My dog loves it here! I have a border collie who sits and looks out the window the whole way there, and them sleeps the whole way home! I love seeing photos of my dog and seeing how happy he is with other dogs. Best price around and especially for the area and the hours. Thank you so much!

β β β β β My babies have been going to Brooky since they were a few weeks old. After much searching, we found the ideal home away from home for them. Evwryone there is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, caring and love the doggies as their own. Sadly three of my precious hearts have passed away within three years of each other aged 12 , 13 and 14. Brookvys staff were compasdiobate for our loss and mourned my wee ones. They have become our Brookby whanau over the years. Now only lil Nugget goes and he is akways greeted wirh such joy, he forgets to say goodbye to me! The staff listen and are most flexible when possible; whether it is beds, food or a cuddle. Cimon , Lindy and Sharna we have known the longest. The new staff are equally endearing, trusted and adored by us all. It is always a pleasure to have a quick chat with the owners Ruth and Graham in passing. We absolutely love our Brookby whanau (bless tgem) and their services. You will too! ???
