★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my van tinted today, although nothing wrong with the tints, the workers snapped the timber bed in the back while doing the tints and I was not informed until I inspected the job and found the damage myself before payment. It would have been obvious to the person working on the van that this damage has happened and I found it dishonest that I had to discover the damage myself. I asked the owner of the company for $20 off my $458.58 invoice so i can replace the piece being a carpenter myself (which i thought to be more than a fair compromise given the piece of timber would cost $20 to buy), to which he refused and said he would fix it himself. I said ok thats fine but being 15 minutes to the time the shop knocks off he then said I'd need to bring the van back on Saturday for him to nail the snapped piece back together which I was not happy with. Also off cuts of tint film, glue and sealant products were left through the back of the van, I paid the invoice in full and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be back in future nor reccomend this business to anyone looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience at Xpert tinting yesterday. The receptionist was extremely rude and very unprofessional (on more than one occasion).
We brought back our car to have the bubbled tints repaired/replaced, which was done to a poor standard. Some tints had not been repaired at all and one window had a section missing as per photo.
We mentioned this to the receptionist who told us “we can’t expect perfection with such an old car” and “tint the windows yourself then.”
Considering we payed full price for this service, naturally we expect a good job to be done and not bubbled tints.
We have had another vehicle tinted at Xpert a few years ago and had a great experience. But based on how we were treated yesterday, we would not recommend this local company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from having my appointment moved forward a week and scheduled at the same time on the weekend, I was surprised that I was bumped further down the list and my car wasn't started after dropping it off on time so I had to rearrange my day - apart from that "good clean service and friendly staff" but I would recommend asking more questions when booking over the phone or just go with the follow, Recommend respectfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in the game, been using Alan and the team for about couple of years now, they have done multiple vehicles and truck, also used them to get my house windows tinted, doesn't get any better, very high quality films used and no shortcuts while applying them... would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate how Alan did his best to visit our house even they are short staff. He did the measurement as quickly as he can. He explain the different kinds of tints and suggested what's best for our house. He's always responding promptly to all my messages and answering all my queries. I like how the quotation was presented with additional detailed information about caring for the tint and photos to show the different effects of the tint choices. The only comment I have is the punctuality which I'm very particular. I was booked today but I just realized that the date and time were not communicated to me properly via email. I have to call this morning to confirm my booking and asked for the time. I was booked for 10:30-11am but the guy who will install the tint arrived almost 12noon. However, the guy who came works immediately, fast and efficient. He completed the work for 22 glass panes for 1.5 hours. He did not leave any rubbish behind. He also did apologized for being late and explain why he was late (apology accepted). Lastly, I also commend Teeghan who handled the situation professionally even If I already sounded disappointed about the time. Overall, the job was great. Thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great service!! My window had some sort of glue on it that I wasn’t aware of but they still went ahead cleaned it off and applied the tints. Such awesome workers!! I was running late to pick up my car and it was close to closing time, the guy waited for me even though he had an offsite work to go to, so really appreciate that!! But definitely recommend heading to them if you want to tint any windows
