โ โ โ โ โ I phoned Vern after being recommended them by Nissan. He was not very helpful and told me 2 days to get a key done for my car after I'd had one stolen. The theives could have come back anytime and driven off with the car. He seemed inconvenienced and unfriendly over the phone. Luckily I had LockSmart arrived to cover the rest of the house within 30mins, they were able to sort the car straight away making it secure. I emailed withinan hr to tell Vern we no longer needed his services, he replied with a rude email which was unpleasant and unnecessary. Would not ever want anyone to have to have this experience. Being burgled is stressful enough without this.

โ โ โ โ โ Cant commend Vern enough for going out of his way to help with our commercial T5 VW van. One of our employees lost the key and Vern made every effort to help us get the van up and running with a spare. These keys are coded so not an easy task. Despite an after market alarm and some other issues Vern was determined to help. His prices are fair and he keeps up great communication. Ticks all the boxes for me. We have over 35 vehicles so im sure I will be using Vern again. Thanks again for all your help.

โ โ โ โ โ These guys were recommended to me by the AA. After a locksmith job gone wrong, I was very happy with the way Vern fixed the other locksmiths damage. He maintained communication with me also upon finding that there were other areas that were broken and not just the ones that I had originally thought. Very satisfied customer! Would recommend to anyone!

โ โ โ โ โ Was recommended to these guys by a manufacturer/dealership when I lost my keys and was doing some shopping around for pricing for insurance. They were by far the cheapest. Within almost 12 hours of making initial phone call, they had arrived, fixed and replaced the lost set of proximity keys. They were fast, efficient and professional. Appreciate the quick time get me and my family back on the road to enjoy the holiday season. Would highly highly recommend to anyone. Cheers.

They were not able to confirm, when I booked the job, that they could attend same day - weโre a long way down a โdead-endโ and congested area of Auckland so I didnโt hold out much hope of a speedy service. In fact they rang back in under an hour and confirmed their technician had been dispatched. In around 3/4 of an hour they arrived. Service was friendly, efficient and good value.
