β β β β β We had Called Henderson Locksmith to Fix Our Kitchen Door Lock and the Following is Our Experience with their Service:
οCraig from their Office who answered the Phone was very Nice and Polite and Kept me Informed about the Changes in the Appointment.
However the Following was Our Experience with Brendon (The Person who came to Fix Our Kitchen Door Lock):
οBrendon did Not Apologize for being Half an Hour Late.
οBrendon Finished the Job in 2 Minutes and Charged Us $112.50 which is Fine with Us cause that is their Minimum Charge β We have Absolutely No Objection to the Charges.
οBut Brendon seems to be in Too Much of a Rush and Kept Telling Me that the has to Rush to his Next Job.
οPlease Note that the Charges we had Paid him was for Half an Hour, so he is Supposed to do the Job Nicely without Rushing.
οAbsolutely No Customer Service β We are Upset with the Type of Service he has Provided.
