★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot rate this place highly enough. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the MRI personnel were aware of my claustrophobia and helped me accordingly. Marvellous care and friendly approach to their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my father here for his MRI scan which he hated the experience.Besides that they rung early ìn morning if my father could attend earlier which we did as someone had cancelled out.Expensive parking around this area being in the city boundaries.
Fortunately for us they had parking for patients in there building so no parking cost.
You enter pushing intercom.The door is right there no walking out side to the front.
Receptionist polite and courteous thanking dad for coming in earlier.
You get changed into a gown and wait in big spacious room and watch netflix while waiting. Good service and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immaculate modern facility, very attentive staff, particularly the radiographer who explained everything and was suitably caring, given that some people find the MRI experience troublesome.
Ignore some of the troll reviews on here, especially the racist anti-white nonsense or people who complain about things that Trinity have no control over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday 11th of June I was a patient at this wonderful clinic. I was greeted with so much politeness. Everything was clean, tidy and comforting. The staff especially were so unbelievable calm and kind. Very nice place and anyone visiting should be very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional & quick response from the staff when I contacted them to make the booking. Excellent facilities, they even have a relaxation room to wait in before your MRI. Everything at Trinity is geared to make you feel comfortable & relaxed before your MRI... which for a first-timer like me was a little bit scary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The information I received from the time of booking to confirming appointment and the detailed instructions given via letter, email, text were clear, user friendly and simple to follow coupled with friendliness and a welcoming receptionist/administrator, had made you feel right at home and I felt comfortable and at ease as I was nervous as it has been a long time since my last scan (more than a year!). Thank you also to the professionalism, respect, dignity, step by step information on the process of the scan from beginning to end and the smiles of the radiographers who took care of me. My husband also enjoyed the waiting area while watching a movie haha. Overall a positive uplifting experience and TrinityMRI THANK YOU!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from beginning to end. Nick the radiographer was an absolute gem, made me feel so comfortable, secure and well taken care of. Considering I struggle with claustrophobia I actually managed to fall asleep and woke up as I was being pulled out the machine. Nick then made hubby and myself a cup of coffee with a delicious biscuit. Plenty of other health professionals could take lessons from Nick on what patient care looks like. I wish I could rate him a 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly this is a very nice place. I had 2 MRIs done today. The email communication was exceptional and they were very clear with all procedures and insurance etc. On arrival, the receptionist was busy on another call this morning but motioned to me to take a seat. The place was clean and tidy. All the staff were so professional, especially the radiographer, who was awesome. He explained the process to me and played some of his own blues music, including Stevie Ray Vaughn music for me. The 2nd one was 4 hours later and, again it was the same level of care and professionalism at this place. It is definitely a very nice place. Thank you Trinity MRI.
