★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awesome experience. The staff were so friendly, especially Anderson. They played my favorite music for me when I was getting scanned and made me feel really relaxed and welcomed. They gave all the necessary information and everything was done efficiently and on time. Thank you team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner who is 6 months pregnant went to have an ultrasound scan and was treated in the most disrespectful manner and left with our two daughters very upset, I intend to make a formal complaint about the shocking service my partner received.
8th May 2015:
Because we dared to complain and wasn't happy with the service and asked for a written apology we have now been informed by their MD/Radiologist Dr David.R that we are no longer to use their services and there has been to quote him "A Complete breakdown in the clinical relationship" so much for the "Caring" profession!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a 4D scan. Reception staff were fine but the sonographer was rude and didn't try to get us good pictures of baby. If I'd known they weren't going to show us or try show us properly I wouldn't have forked out $110 for the special 4D and just gone to Auckland Radiology like I have before and not wasted the money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible care throughout my pregnancy - my husband wasn't able to make the 20 week scan, however the Sonographer was so friendly and helpful during the appointment. Thank you Ascot for also always trying to get the best 4D images, even though our little girl always had her hands up by her face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist extremely rude and appalling behaviour. Went in to get a scan. I needed a follow up appointment. I am half Maori (which shouldn’t even need to be mentioned) however receptionist said to me “so you’ll be needing a follow up appointment, will you be going to the one in Manukau?” I live on the North Shore and this remark was down right WEIRD! Wouldn’t go here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience for my husband and I, and our 8-yo, during my 12-week scan. The radiologist we had was amazing. We didn't feel rushed at all and we got to enjoy watching our little jelly bean wriggle around and for our 8-yo to see his little sibling he's been wanting for so long. Thank you! It was a special moment for us. I was in doubt to get the package at first as we moved 45km away from Ascot Hospital the day after my first scan with them. But after this experience, I would rather travel to get the same amazing service. I would highly recommend! Worth every cent. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asked to do a chest xray and I chose to go here. Even though they were busy with quite a few patients coming in, they were very organised, extremely helpful and handled every patient with respect and kindness.
