★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came over here from Victoria Park Medical Suites to do a chest x-ray as part of my immigration medical. Very pleased with service which was most efficient and the staff were friendly. Overall, pleased with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor C Scott was so bad, when I even tried to ask something, she became angry, didn’t answer any of my questions. When I asked her how many weeks I have, she said that it’s not her job to tell me how many weeks, I must know it myself ( but I was early pregnant, I couldn’t know). While session, she always did that face, like I’m doing something wrong and annoying he, however I was just laying down. It was just horrible experience with my first scan. Never will visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman with the American accent that did the scan was cold and when asked a simple question, seemed annoyed. Took me asking her twice to get an answer. The first response was a non answer and she had to make a face. ?
Try the Royal Oak branch, the service is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a request via email for a booking. Took 8 days to return the request, then couldn't offer an appointment for a further 2 weeks. Poor service. Booked elsewhere, shouldn't have wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had braced myself for poor service based on the previous reviews, but my experience has been the opposite. The receptionist was helpful and the radiologist that took my X-ray was really lovely and great to talk with. Overall it took 15 minutes and was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but efficient radiology lab on lower Queen Street in the heart of the Auckland CBD. Although there were less than a dozen people waiting to have immigration x-rays done, the time from checking-in to having my turn was less than half an hour. The actual x-ray took less than five minutes and then I was good to go!
