★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the first time come to this hotel...the last time I have stayed at this hotel, I think the service is ok. Although the hotel is a few years old, the location and parking lot are generally good... But this time I was really disappointed. I came to check in after 4 pm and told me to wait for 1 hour, because the room was not cleaned and the service was not good. And no manners, I'm really speechless ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean but old and shabby. Bathroom really tight where toilet is, no humidifier in the bathroom so got really steamy, bathroom old bit rusty. Beds were comfy and clean. You get what you pay for. Room above us could hear them talk and opening of doors to get to deck and could hear them there also. The road is really busy which kept us up. Great location pity our stay was not.

Old hotel.
So no USB available to charge your mobile device etc. Old pink tiles in the bathroom with a modern vanity Wobbly toilet but it was spotless. Really good aircon nice and cool room.
So yeah old with some character but great value for money overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is tired it needs the grounds swept outside the room on patio. Baths are old fashion high to step up on. Need showers or more accessible rooms. The restaurant could be really something as it has a nice view. We have have stayed a few times and had dinner there. As travellers we are tired and get hungry, so you would expect value for money for the prices they are charging are too high for what you get. Sadly have found no improvement. Definitely not good value for money. We ordered nachos, but where's the taco mince total rip off. Almost as if they had run out of mince. $18 for nacho chips with a dash of avocado and a dob of sour cream and a drizzle of mince.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great place to stay. It was clean, quiet. The staff were great to deal with someone at reception 24 hours so you could come in late or leave early without any hassle. They were also really helpful when we thought we had left something behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience on my last visit with my family in Auckland. Room was very tidy, my kids love that. Excellent customer service at reception by Mr. Fayaz. Also the young boy Nick was very nice while checking in our hotel room. Amazing people and exceptional service. Restaurants staff was very friendly. Would love to book again on my next visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great stay. A great welcome, lovely reception staff. Usually hotel rooms are stuffy, not this one, perfect temperature. Room had a good outlook, was clean and well set out. Wonderful housekeeping staff, very accommodating. Central to everything. Will always recommend. Congratulations to management who train staff well, and to staff who are so personable.
