★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVING my kitchen... David and his team were able to turn my dull brown kitchen into an amazing high gloss white kitchen to brighten the whole kitchen up. The most important thing for me was that David had open communication through the whole process and kept me informed and up to date which put me at ease. Definitely highly recommend Kitchen Spray Painters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were promised a 10-day turnaround and 7 months later we are still waiting for David to complete our kitchen renovation.
EDIT: Job has now been completed.
We have had to constantly chase David and beg him to finish the job. We were bullied into paying “progress payments” when no progress had even been made.
This has been a terrible and stressful experience for us.

- Constantly delayed to appointments by hours or days, sometimes wouldn’t show up at all unless we called or texted multiple times.
- Terrible communication (we would need to call him and text him over and over and beg him to complete the job, or to give us dates for the next visit)
- Slow and delayed on delivery (took multiple visits and months later than promised to visit the job)
- Pricing is not transparent (told me to go out to East Tamaki and choose a bench top and then told me the one we chose was $1,500 more but did not tell me the styles we should look at)
- Damaged our brand new paint job leaving boxes and tools laying lazily against walls (chipped paint)
- Made us pay 100% of the job before finished and while he still had our cabinetry (invoice has unclear and vague terms) and then took weeks to finish the final pieces (with multiple calls, emails and texts on our side trying to to confirm when it would be done)
- Update: Two kitchen drawers have since broken since having our cabinetry returned.
An extremely stressful and upsetting experience, please be careful if you are considering working with David.
If you sort the Google reviews from newest you will notice virtually no positive reviews from the past year which I wish I had figured out earlier :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Job took 12 weeks not 7 days as advertised. Had to chase David all the way to get any work done. Some of the work was very rough. No regular communication from David about progress of the job and no attention to detail. Would not use this company again. Hi David. I have today (3 May 2021) added a photo showing some of your poor quality work. The broken jib board is where you removed the existing splash back and broke the jib above top of the splash back. I did not inform you of this at the time as it was Xmas Eve and you had finished the job after 3 months and I just did not want any more contact with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David undertook the repairs and repainting of around 20 kitchens in a variety of modern colours for body corp owners in a remediation project in Parnell. I have attached examples of the black and white kitchens.
He managed to complete the work in good time and with an excellent finish on all the cabinetry. He dealt with a couple of minor issues in a professional and timely manner. I think he is a great operator doing top work for a very competitive price.

Cupboard doors and end panels removed and painted gloss white, new toe kicks, black handles, new stone kitchen bench top and sink. Basically a new kitchen face.
