THEY ARE A DISGRACE .
THEY HAVE MUCKED MY SON AROUND for nearly two months now .
They promised my son that they would help him with work job support .
Russell is a lieing disgrace who should not be working there if all he does is lies to clients .
He got my son's hopes up for his life .
And now my son is depressed !
This country has already got enough youth suicides ,? ...!
I am scanning text messages and I am emailing them in a complaint to the manager .
