★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful little studio. Clean, light, calming and oh so welcoming. What a treat to have a hot yoga studio in the ‘burbs. I went for my first class with Deb this morning. It was wonderful. The 7:30am start works so well with having kids and being local is ideal. I was stretched and tried new poses for me with some familiar ones from the original hot yoga sequence.
Awesome teacher and fabulous yoga space. I highly recommend.
