★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my last routine service with this company, they informed me that my rear brake shoes were extremely worn and would not make it to my next service in 10,000kms after going into the drums to perform a tidy up & clean, the brakes were squeaking before I took it in but they informed me that it was just because of some rust.
I didn’t go ahead with the change and decided to buy genuine parts to change them myself.
After doing nothing more than removing the drum cover I found that my brake shoes were barely half worn, and also the parts had not been put on properly which was damaging the boot.
I’ve been using them for roughly two to three years, this is the first time something like this has happened and I’ve always been satisfied with their service until now.
I’m not saying don’t use the company but definitely ask for some form of proof before going ahead with changing extra parts, as this was not a cheap repair and I’m very happy I didn’t go down that road.

I mainly dealt with Rob , who had by far been the best mechanic I’ve dealt with . No messing around here , straight to the point , I had about 4 issues that needed to be fixed on my GOLF and it was done within a couple of hours. The process of it all was incredible- communication was amazing , got a call before they went ahead with the fixes to discuss pricing which I thought was super helpful. AMAZING service and glad to have my vehicle up and running ! Thank you Rob and the team !
