(2020) ...Suffered an automatic gearbox transmission fluid catastrophic leak - had to have the SUV towed into Crosbie's. I had no expectations as to when they could get around to looking at it - as it was such an unplanned "arrival" . But they loaned me a car immediately, and had the problem fixed and fully resolved next day. Absolutely amazing. These people are so good/so efficient that I wonder why anyone bothers going anywhere else for their servicing/problem-solving/emergency need. Fantastic job and company!

When I turned up in the morning with my failed warrant in my hand, the kind staff said they would try and get it done. I was so happy at the end of the day when it was done and the cost was so reasonable. I will be booking my car in for a service at some stage, I was that impressed

I rang up and got booked in for a couple of days at 9 am, they asked me when I needed my car and I said in 2 hours, they didn't hesitate to do my service first in order for it to be completed by the agreed time. Dani at the front desk is also doing an amazing job so polite, friendly and professional. Everytime I go back to get my car sorted, which Aaron is usually who deals with it always makes me leave really happy with the job he has done and I really appreciate how everyone here is soo friendly.
