★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat subway very often - have had it overseas too. This is by far the best subway I’ve had both taste and service wise. The middle aged white man (sorry, don’t know his name haha) is 10/10 most friendly dude you’ll ever meet. You can tell he takes good care of his staff :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stopped at Bombay Subway for a quick dinner on our way past, and received incredible customer service from the young guy, young girl and middle aged man on duty. They smiled, talked and joked with us, and over all gave the place a great vibe. We left smiling ear to ear, chatting about how cool and interactive they were with their customers. To the three that served us at 6.40pm on Friday 30th July, you were awesome!! We'll 100% be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the absolute best service ever yesterday from Dean at the Bombay service station. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was so friendly on arrival, was very accommodating with requests, engaged with me and made sure I was happy about my order. He made jokes along the way, I felt like I was being entertained, but with still quick and efficient service. The final touch was labelling the subs I had order for husband and I. He labelled my husband's 'his' and my one 'boss' which I gleefully took back to the car to have a laugh with my husband. Dean should be acknowledged for his amazing customer service! I will be definitely stopping there again on another trip home from holiday. Thanks again!
