★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to go here for an oil change as I was hoping being a local in Queenstown that I was not going to get ripped off. I was charged 210.00 for a oil change, break inspection and to turn my timing belt light off - this didn't include a filter. Which they estimated would take 2 hours and I ended up waiting for an additional hour. 3 hours total and I waited two weeks for the appointment. Will not recommend this business to other locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are tourists to NZ. Our car has had weird noises with left wheels since 3 days ago. Being very worried about the car, we drove to this garage which is the closest to our hotel. A 40-year-old sir listened to my broken English carefully, then he kneeled down around the front left wheel, and checked it carefully. Within only 2 minutes, he fixed the issue!
He didn't ask us even a penny for it. We asked the price, he laughed and said "That's it! No need to pay!"
Totally touched by the kindness. Amazing Kiwi people!
