★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my brand new bike I bought from them, had to take it back because of a manufacture fault, after a week they finaly decided to change the defective front forks for an upgraded set. They where slow and communication was poor but the decision thay made in the end was good. I would consider buying from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, I called up three different times during the week and had three different staff members pick up. My question was if they had a "Large Avanti Black Thunder LE" in stock and all three staff members said "yes". I then drove 20km to the shop only to find that they built a "Black Thunder 1" which is DIFFERENT in many ways to the LE. Why work at a bike shop if you don't even know bikes or english. GO TO DIFFERENT MYRIDE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer service from the bald headed guy who served me after I got my bike fixed for the 2rd time in two weeks. I had my crank shaft "fixed" by him only to break a few rides later. When I returned to the store to get the problem rectifyed the young boy with excellent customer service agreed to fix everything at cost with matching crankshafts. When I returned to pick up my bike the first thing I noticed was non matching cranks and when I asked what the price was it certainly wasn't the agreed price. After the old bald guy argued about how and why it wasn't the pre agreed price, trying to blame me for the crank despite paying to have it fixed initially. He then proceeded to get abusive about how I was being a cheap arse and how my weight would have caused the problem. I explained me and my other family members were repeat customers at the store and have brought several bikes/miscellaneous items from them and the behaviour being displayed was not conducive for repeat business. His response was I don't want your business. Another staff member eventually stepped in and honoured the discussed price, but I was still left with a bitter taste and non matching cranks on my bike.
