I had to wait a year for my face bones to heal and by that stage my savings were gone. I tried WINZ but I earned $200 too much annually for help. WINZ recommended Aviva Good Loans. At the time, I thought I can't afford a loan with interest etc. But I was told some loans were interest free. I rang and made an appointment. I was treated with the up most respect and granted an interest free loan after going through their processes. I have my teeth and can smile again. My payments are affordable and go back in the pot for the next person. It's helping the community with a step up! Thank you Aviva Good Loans, Your Awesome!

One of the moments that truly sat with me was hearing Pauline ask my client to ‘tell her a little about herself.’ This client had never ever been asked that before in this way; to think that someone was willing to hear her ‘stuff’ blew her away. They talked and began the process to move through the loan process.
Pauline and the good loans team and amazing at what they do. The absolute sensitivity in which Pauline managed this conversation was fantastic. Just a brilliant service!!

I contacted Goodloans/Aviva and spoke to Pauline. I found Pauline very easy to deal with, friendly & clear about what was expected with regards to the loan. I have since paid back the loan in full and would like to thank Pauline and the team at Aviva for all the support.
