★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could,WORST experience in a number one shoes yet, went into Eastgate to buy some boots the older lady at the counter (Lesley)was absolutely awful she threw the merch around like it was just rubbish was not helpful extremely disrespectful and condescending, she made me feel like I was a bother to serve then proceeded to rip apart all the protection stuffing from the boots after I asked her to stop, she huffed and was very unpleasant. ? NEVER GOING BACK ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came from the Eastgate Mall branch. I asked if I can open the foldable backpacks on display (they are not sealed). I was told I can just look at the drawing and that it is difficult to put it back. And that I can open but I have to put it back exactly how it was. It’s commonsense that a black and white basic sketch is different from seeing the actual stuff , maybe if it is a coloured pic but it is not. Considering that they had lots of these that were on clearance, it makes sense to open one of them for display for customers to see how it looks right away. They will have more chances of selling the item this way because customers would not want to risk buying what they cannot see. Staff was not so friendly, wanting customer service skills. Another time, I bought three boxes of shoes and I was not offered a bag. I was expected to carry three boxes of shoes around.I offered to pay for a bag and that’s the only time they gave me a bag. Disappointed with this branch.
