β β β β β Reasonably ok to stay. Under mattress of benches and beds need desperate clean of years of filth. Basic repairs and improvements needed in flat. Reception staff tend to be moody, uninviting. This place potential to be so much better with the right energy

β β β β β Parked up looking for my spot Iβd booked but was told in no uncertain terms that Iβd upset permanent residents of camp site and to move on. I went home instead of staying, felt unsafe and itβs very outdated

β β β β β We had booked one of the flats for $100 a night and our neighbors decided to party for the whole night talking loudly and having music on full blast. At 2am I tried to get in touch with the management on two different numbers but nobody picked up to help out. I wrote them a message the next day complaining about the noise and that we did not get a wink of sleep but they conveniently didn't reply. Not impressed. Try to avoid this place.

β β β β β Stayed one night in two-bedroom flat. NO hot water, fridge froze everything overnight. Complaint filed with office next morning. No contact, no refund offer. The Pits !!! Can't rate below 1 Star (a pity).

β β β β β Stayed here for 3 nights in a tourist cabin with the 6 kids. Its a bit run down and not the cleanist but cant complain for the price and central location for everything you want to do with the kids. Auckland zoo, skytower, sylvia park, dress smart all under 10mins to get to. Rainbows end about 15mins. Pak n save 2mins away. Would stay again.

β β β β β absolutely terrible. emergency housing tenants where arguing and fighting and generally making noise throughout the night BOTH nights of our stay. mother in law was treated even worse. she paid for her room which had no tv no toaster holes in the wall where someone had punched through and wen we told the lady in the office got told thatβs what we paid for when we confronted her with the booking. com page we booked from that list the ammenities she told us oh the room got robbed and the tv stolen! howβs that our fault? still charged for the room. disgraceful service disgusting rooms.

β β β β β Stayed in a tourist flat. Not very well cleaned. Carpet was sticky to walk on. Beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on springs. Door to bedroom was falling off itβs hinge. Shelf in shower was broken. Such a shame as we have stayed here a few years ago and it was great for our family, obviously something has changed so we wonβt be staying here again. 1 star for the location, as it is convenient, and there was easy parking.
