β β β β β This is probably the worst service I have ever received any accommodation I have ever stayed at. They are dishonest and aspects of the buildings are unsafe (deck and hand rail). The βmanagerβ is arrogant. The $100 bond is dodgy and the rationale for it flawed. A serviced room had 1/8 roll of toilet paper. An embarrassment to the Shore. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt they will disappoint.

β β β β β The photos of this place are not up to date. The pool was quite green. The tv room no longer has an air hockey table or much else. The play ground does have a trampoline now but itβs out of order.
The room we booked is different from what they advertise in the picture. The pic shows the lounge space to have room for two couches. That is absolutely not the case. It has one couch and hardly any leg space between the couch and the bunks. They need to update their pics so people know what to expect. Very misleading

β β β β β Worst experience we could have imagined.
We stayed there because it's close to the Harvey Wrights Sportsfield that hosted 'Movies in the Park' last night and we wanted to make it special as it was our daughters 11th birthday.
We cut our stay short even though they didn't refund us any money for it. Rather loose the money then stay another night.
Were told they can upgrade our room from what we booked and thought that was lovely.. turned out that the carpark for the upgraded unit has been rented out as a long term house-bus space and when looking for a place to put our car we got abused by the tenant.
Reported this to management and asked for our original unit back. No discount or refund was given and when packing up for checkout and looking for the kids teddies we found a huge cockroach in their bed..
We will never ever stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Also as a side note there was no soap at the hand basin in the room and no hand sanitiser which is rather disappointing to see during a pandemic! Make you wonder how clean the rooms in general are ..
The lady at the desk in the morning was lovely and upset by what had happened but sadly was not able to help resolve the situation.

β β β β β Stayed here just before our last lockdown room was decent considering there were 6 of us. Was never told we had to pay for wifi or for hot water in the communal showers cos there was no shower in our room. Staff members were not approachable but often heard speaking their language. Fridge had water leaking from it and was told just to put a towel on it. Not a place I would recommend.

β β β β β Stayed in a 2-bed room with small kitchenette. Beds were not that comfortable, there was no fan in the room. Used both mattresses as they were quite thin. Put the mattresses on the floor and slept with the door open as it was so hot. The bathroom facilities were ok but in need of updating. BBQ area also in need of maintenance. Overall we were there for the 2 Under 13 softball teams and they seemed to enjoy themselves. There are garages and a liquor outlet within walking distance of this Holiday Park.

β β β β β Photos need to be up dated the rooms and facility areas look nothing like the picts. Service was a 0 could hardly understand her and the rooms we had would be rated the same Paru carpets our shoes were cleaner ?. Everything there was at a cost except for the toilet and swimming pool ? Slept on a childs bunk for 2 nights thought we were getting beds came home with a back and neck ache ? won't be going there again

β β β β β I have stayed at this holiday park 3 times previously over the last 2 years & been in upstairs rooms which I haven't had a issue with. This time I stayed in a Unit downstairs. The room smelt musky, the shower drainage was bad. When you had a shower, the water was not draining properly which meant that you were just standing in a puddle of water. We went to the communal Shower after that, that was better than the room. They only supply 1 pillow per bed, and it is just a budget thin pillow. I went to reception to ask for some more pillows. The pullout couch had a single mattress propped up behind the couch which was too small for the pullout couch. No pillows or blanket in cupboard to use, I had to go to reception to ask. Their response was that people take them, not sure how that is the next guests problem. Pullout couch was very uncomfortable. No room servicing for your stay & you have to take your towels to reception if you want to swap for clean ones. You also have to pay a bond of $100. I have noticed that in the last 2 years, the standard has gone down & I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

β β β β β Been here six times, after the last visit never again. Cigarette trays outside front door of cabin. Cigarette burns in the sheets, however apart from this sheets were clean. Noisy neighbours.
