★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! Have ordered the product 3 months ago and still waiting on it, emails back and forth and have been told numerous times the product will be shipped by the end of the week. Which has been a complete lie. Avoid this company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 months later and i still have not recieved something from my order. Emailed multiple times then got snarky emails back then eventually no reply. Got blocked on facebook page tan man just by asking valid questions. He runs competitions then doesn't send the prize out. BEWARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products I ordered didn't arrive. Messaged and got they had been sent. They still didn't arrive. Messaged the fb page and questioned (I was always polite, he was super rude numerous times)...then got blocked from fb. Emailed and threatened legal action. Got a reply from a 'newly appointed' manager who was in charge of fixing all the problems (at this stage I was part of a very large fb chat with people all having similar experiences with him). Started to receive things in drips and drabs. The tan machine I received had been used (had old product very visably in it) I emailed to which I got told this was untrue but if I wanted I could return for a replacement. This took approx 6 months. He is a compulsive liar and a thief. He has no care for anything but his own selfish needs. He is the epitome of all that is wrong with the world. Nasty scam artist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible arrogant business man you can come across, complete scam artist. Only had one decent experience where I have ordered and it's turned up on time, all other times I have waited weeks to months, for items I have purchased and won. Currently waiting on 2 items I won off him back in May. Only heard bad things about this business. He recently posted a new giveaway so I commented asking where my prize was only for my comment to be deleted and me to be blocked from the tan man Facebook page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is a total scam artist! Half the products I ordered showed up months late and some were already used...yuk!!! The others I didn't even receive.. only when I threatened to go to police and fair go did some more of the product arrive... don't waste your time..pretty sure the solution isn't genuine...and has been filled with god only knows what??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner got me a kit for Christmas from this company the kit included a spray tan machine, tan and a tent and he paid for overnight shipping. After 9 days of not receiving anything and chasing this up he asked for a refund, only for it to be shipped overnight and received the next day, it wasn't even the full kit the tent wasn't sent with the other items. He continued to ask for a refund only to be told they don't refund on delivered items THEY LITERALLY SHIPPED SOME OF THE ITEMS TO US JUST SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE A REFUND They are impossible to deal with a caused so much stress!
Its now 8 months later and we still haven't received tent or refund or even a refund for the overnight shipping. Never in my life have I dealt with such con artists AVOID THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service.
I placed an order in December last year, paid for overnight shipping and waited for over a week before deciding to reach out and see where my package was.
The tracking number I was given was made up, the product clearly hadn’t been sent out and only when I made contact to ask for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere, was the product actually sent out. I was denied a refund and then only sent half of what I had ordered!
Despite countless emails and phone calls, this matter still hasn’t been resolved.
I would strongly recommend steering clear of this shambles of a company.
