★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's my first time to get a glass in NZ. I have to say everything was going smooth and perfect. And also I have to mention a name here, Kat ! She helped me calculating the prices (because I have student card and they also have some special deal in the shop) and she chose a suitable glass for me as well, I mean really suitable, and she adjusted the glass for me after I received it and it's really comfortable, I have to say it's a 200% customer service.. She is a nice person and doing her job very well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing team! Very professional & love to look after the customer. I got a pair of glasses that needed nose pads added in and they took care of that as well as any other fitting needs. The frame selection they have is huge and they’re more than happy to help you make the right choice in frame selection.
In terms of eye testing, they’re very professional and communicate in a way that anyone can understand! Will be sticking with them for a long time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit to this store, this time brought my family along. I really love these guys, and would highly recommend to all - super friendly, with beautiful frames at affordable prices. We worked with Maddy today, and just wanted to say a special thank you to her - she was honestly a delight. (My mum worked with Lisa, and she said she was so lovely. Also Korean! So helpful for communication purposes, if anyone needs a Korean Optometrist) Cheers guys :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this store has a good price for the quality of the glasses. I wish the service at the store was better. My only interaction with the people at the store was when I was paying, while in other stores the attendants actually help you with selecting glasses. I was a bit confused with frames and which ones could be made into sunglasses, and what lenses they had. But didn’t get the opportunity to ask, so thought it was better to just pick one and leave.

I got a pair of Frank 2 frame(smallest I could find there) and multifocals with highest thinning due to my high power(9!) for shortsightedness. Silicone nosepads to improve comfort and adjustments to fit around my ear were done quickly & efficiently.
