★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my roots done, asked if I could bring my own product and they said yes. The two hairdressers were friendly but at the end of the colouring session my roots were not white but yellow. They told me to come back another day, which I did. They provided a good service then considering it hadn’t worked the first time: they paid for my ruined T-shirt ( the bleach discoloured it), I didn’t have to pay more and they used their own product ( they weren’t comfortable with the one I brought in, the hairdresser asked me how to use it, which startled me because I’m not a hairdresser, how would I know?) After the second session my hair still didn’t look the way it was supposed to, the toner didn’t do much and it was kind of still yellowish at some spots. Also my hair is really damaged now, it’s breaking off everywhere, I’ve never had that before… I have gone through this process before several times and my hair always was healthy afterwards, even when it was bleached a lot. I would have expected more from a professional salon. They are friendly people and seemed good at their job as well, but still messed my hair up terribly :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. Wish I could give you more stars. I had a panic attack when I arrived (I always get them) and Brett noticed, offered to do my hair out back away from all the people and noise and kept offering me water and chatting with me. I came in with the worst home bleach job of patchy yellowness, Brett recommend a darker root with an ombre going to blonde and I walked out so so happy with my hair. I'm obsessed, thankyou guys! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bailey Quinns has been my hairdresser of choice for the whole family for about 5years. Very friendly & always do a fantastic job. I get hair cut & coloured I've got curly boofy hair & Bret & his team always do a fantastic job. Great to be able to just walk in.
