★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to come here for your ball dresses! I walked in the door and was instantly met with a women who asked what I was looking for and gave me a dress so we could get my size sorted. Helen stayed 1.5 hours after closing time helping me directly, giving me good advice because I was not sure and stuck between two. The most amazing ball dresses for such great prices, couldn't recommend this place enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was so good and I am forever grateful for checking it out. The lady knew exactly what she was doing. And recommended so many beautiful dresses that was in my size! Since I am a very curvy, plus-size, Polynesian women not many stores have elegant formal wear in my size or for my body type (sad I know) But she made me feel comfortable and recommended I wear shape wear shorts underneath my dress that can help smooth out my curves and embrace them. Which I couldn't agree more! I love my curves and she made me appreciate them even more then I already do! Please everyone reading this; Check her out, I know she means well when she recommends accessories and undergarments. She just knows her $h!t!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate a 0/5. Disgusting service, body shaming young ladies shouldn’t ever be acceptable especially when ladies come in to try some nice dresses on. Trying on ball dresses should be a fun experience but the owner made it a awful time.
To the owner directly; if you have a comment about anyones body you should keep it to yourself weather you think it’s a valid comment or not. And don’t ever tell them that they are a bigger size that they are as they would know better than you.
Now these ladies are doubting themselves and feeling unconfident so I hope you take this into consideration and start thinking about the way you treat ANY woman that come into your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dresses are amazing and the young lady that assisted my daughter was so polite, so helpful and made us feel comfortable. However the other woman running the store made the experience quite uncomfortable as I called before asking if we could come in, was told only 3 per family so I mentioned having a a little girl and asked if it would be okay if she came in with. The lady told me she can not have small children running around the store and that my husband would need to stay at the front by the door with her. I got to the store, but left my daughter in the car with my husband. Not knowing I was the lady who had called... The woman decided to tell the other ladies and girls present that she is trying to make space for this woman who called wanting to bring a child in and she doesn't actually want little children in her store. I then told her, I'm actually the lady who called you and I've left my chid in the car with her dad. She them said no i can bring her in, I declined, we did our shop quickly and left. Like I said beautiful dresses, but I wish the experience wasn't ruined by all that unnecessary rudeness.
In response to the reply... I understand the reason for wanting only vaccinated people in your store, that does not excuse the rudeness and unwelcoming tone and attitude. My review has nothing to do with the rule for vaccinated people, but all about the manner in which you chose to speak to and handle people who visit your store. Perhaps a little bit of politeness and people skills couldn't hurt.
