★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is unfair. Somebody just skip the queue and that door staff (a guy) is not responding. Instead, he told the other lady who has been queueing as “rude”. What a shame and useless staff. Bad experience and will not bother about this store as a result of this. The manager should take care that useless door staff. Incident just happened today 26-Dec around 6PM. Trust the manager can find who is this useless staff easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got my order wrong twice. Even worse the 4 people that ordered before me also received the wrong order. I also noticed there not observant, they don't notice how long people are waiting just to get ordered. They also have orders already prepared and they keep it there for a good 5 minutes before actually calling out the number. I'm never going back. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it’s bit sad to see so many bad reviews. I was quite lucky to be served really well by a staff at the counter who is an asian-look male. He was being really polite and patient when helping me change the size of one shirt and reminded me that I can have some refund as being a membership. The senior management should see some unbalance in staff quality and provide more training where needed. However I still want to share my good experience even I believe there could be some undertrained staff there tho.
