★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Monday. Clothes are ok and much better priced than TAV BUT service was below average. When we asked the lady at the counter a question she barely acknowledge us . . . ended up buying from BFF Boutique in Paptoetoe. They had same or even better quality at good prices and had 10x better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Tanoa store a few weeks ago and thought they had a great range of clothing from casual, to active wear to formal wear. Loved seeing Samoan/island themed clothing that I would buy and wear - made a few purchases and am more than happy with them.
Would have given a 5/5 but took a star off because the customer service was lacking - both my partner and I felt this collectively and individually when we dealt with the staff that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designer clothing with s Polynesian theme running through their patterns and designs. I bought a great shirt from them ( which has been complimented every time I have worn it). Design and colour and cut off shirt is great. I'm a big man and it's nice to find clothing that not only fits but looks great on me as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont usually do this but... Customer service is very poor. The lady with the glasses is very rude & isn't helpful at all. All products are beautiful but they really need to work on customer service! I mean, if you own a retail business you should be selling customer satisfaction, not making us feel uncomfortable. Aint no body got time for negative energy! Smile & be happy, it will get you far in life ?

I was in urgent need for the dress to be delivered the same week i purchased online, and Tanoa was successfully in advising me what to do, with the dress arriving 2 days before the event. I stay in Wellington, Faafetai Lava Tanoa for being awesome.
