★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I paid for 2 pair of shoes online and got an email after few days saying it’s unavailable. However, I could see both the shoes available in the store even now!!!
Having raised the issue in the store, one staff member told it is possible for them to price match. Later after standing all the queue for billing, they changed their opinion saying they can’t do it as online store is a different entity!!
Waste of time and bad customer service. Never ever purchasing from here. Please respect the time and effort of your customers.
Update: Don’t ever go to the puma store at onehunga, instead go to the store at Westgate. The Westgate customer service was excellent and they solved the problem without any hassle or time waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of shoes online, the order was on process for two days and then I got an e-mail that it is out of stock. I checked the website again, saw that the product is available, ordered again and the story repeats. So I am getting two refunds now. Lol.. Well, the question is.. If you don't have something, why do you display in the website that it is available?? Disgusting.. Doesn't suit an international brand..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest customer service at a head office level I’ve experienced in a long time! Showed no interest in trying to resolve let alone understand my issue. Thankfully when it comes to sports shoes there is a lot of choice, because I won’t be purchasing Puma ever again. Disgusted is an understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love puma, but this shop isnt well managed. When you enter the staff are either chatting away or they just stare at you as you walk past browsing instead of greeting you. There were 6 staff on, not one approached to see if we needed help. The lady at the checkout was however friendly. Visited 30/7, when i left and went to converse right next door their customer service was on point. Straight away asked if we needed help with anything... Puma should do the same if they want repeat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a pair of indoor football shoes that i liked on their website and showed that it was in stock so i drove to Onehunga to try them on/purchase them to find out that they didn't even have them in stock. The worker there said that it probably mean't that it was in stock at their warehouse. So i placed an online order thinking it wouldn't take long because they have them in stock - they then arrived basically 2 weeks later from Australia.
Sort out the online stock availability please as it was a waste of gas/time driving to the store. Love the Puma shoes itself though!
