★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing views, the location is perfect because you can go by walk to the center, but you don’t stay in the center because is up on the mountain. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the Balmoral Lodge for a week over New Years lovely host, service great, beautiful guest lounge with large TV. Rooms come with TV plus sky. Ensuite walkin robe. Great views of Queenstown. Only mins walk down to CBD. And must not forget cute dog Benjie who will welcome you. A must stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were put in an offsite apartment which was nothing like what we expected. We had a view of a car park in an industrial area. Bathroom was not very clean, shower drain was blocked and the shower needed a good scrub. It took about 25mins to walk into town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first holiday in 20 years, i stayed here for 5 days with my brother and we felt like it was home away from home. Our hosts Celso and Cis were absolutely beautiful, kind, caring and very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to stay at Balmoral lodge, you will not be dissapointed. I would most definitely come stay here again for future visits to Queenstown. The window views of the lake, mountains and the main town are absolutely breathtaking, and our room was cleaned and tidied everyday, this was an amazing experience in every aspect!!!

The Lodge is superbly appointed, great hosts and walking distance to the centre of town. I would definately recommend to others and would stay again in future. AAAAA+++++
