★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and tidy and only a 5 minute walk to the city center. The service was exceptional; I left a book in the room and they sent it to me via courier the very next day! Thank you :) We will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room price was very reasonable. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was serviced daily. Free on-site parking and unlimited wifi. Free breakfast ie yogurt, juice, bread with jam and butter, muffins and muesli bars, tea, coffee, milo and milk.
Just 10-15 minutes’ walk to Queenstown’s City Center. Coronet Peak is a 20 minute drive away and The Remarkables ski area is a 30 minute drive.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Amity Serviced Apartments which definitely put a damper on our entire Queenstown trip.. Upon arrival to the property we discovered it did not match the photos shown on booking.com and the room itself was cold, outdated and dirty. We let the receptionist know how we were feeling regarding the situation and she was very rude, defensive and unhelpful. We ended up having to stay elsewhere, would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 separate days in February and my family and I are more than satisfied with the entire experience! The room is big and nice. The staff was also extremely nice and helpful, making the entire experience even better. Definitely deserve a higher rate and have zero idea why the rooms can be called dirty as everything seems new and clean. The only tiny flaw is that our room was on the second floor and carrying our huge luggage up the stairs was a bit hard.

Only rated 3 stars due to having had cold showers on the second day as there was no hot water in the room and the heater didn't work, reported it but never heard back. Don't think we would stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are lovely and so welcoming. I had double booked by accident and there were no dramas, even though one booking was via Booking.com. Great price, basic but nice, clean and roomy accommodation. Very close to city
centre and you get a super cute breakfast pack too.
