Always prompt or will communicate if there's going to be a change; very knowledgeable about products; works fast; gives great advice; will give lessons on the appliance - often repeatedly if you forget between visits. All around a dream tradesman. Can't recommend highly enough.

β β β β β Fabulous had a recommendation from a friend. Had problems with our pyrolitic oven working. Came next day fixed in 1 hr and only charged the call out fee. Really good value highly recommended

If only all tradesman were as good as these guys!

β β β β β Iβve used John a few times in the past 8 years, the 3rd time yesterday, with my blocked drain in my fridge freezer, and every time heβs very punctual , efficient and provides very good professional communication to what the issue is, and is very pleasant to deal with with pretty reasonable rates. He definitely would be at the very top my list of appliance technicians that I would recommend in Auckland ?

Assessed the problem and gave advice on fixing the appliance appropriate to the age of the washing machine (ie got it going and fixed some issues but advised it wasn't worth spending a lot of money as it wasn't likely to last lots longer - better to spend the money on a new appliance).
