โ โ โ โ โ Not only does Vance have a fantastic personality that makes it such a pleasure to have him do work for you, but he succeeds where others fail.
SOS was recommended to me by a relative, so despite having been told by a previous service company that our old stove was not repairable, I gave SOS a call and in no time parts were sourced to replace those that were broken and the faulty hotplates and oven are all working well again.
By far the best service I've ever experienced.

I called him distressed on a long weekend after my Bosch freezer alarm had been beeping all night keeping me awake and my all my food was defrosting. He was happy to give me good advice over the phone and was happy to take the call back I made on a Public Holiday. I would definitely recommend Vance! Such amazing service for one stressed out lady!
