★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and the medication blister pack was not packed up. They asked me 30mins. After 30 mins I asked them, they told its been checking... Another 40mins for checking.... Seriously?.... Better get some professional staff who knows to check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my script it was sent off Monday night wasn't there Tuesday or wensday got it resent and told me they hadn't received anything alot of people people waiting left because they couldn't wait over an hour and there's no seating either only one seat. Everytime they said there name they would put them in these boxes behind them and there were hundreds of prescriptions in those boxes and I knew mine would just be chucked in there like everyone else's and now no one that day had there medicine they needed. Wondering they keep the meds for themselves at that rate it seemed very dodgy the man didn't speak english and put my whole name in the first name bar to search and I had to give them my id to read and that was worrying in itself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up a 'script i was told would take 20 mins. After 30 i asked how long. Was told they had just received it and it would be 20 mins. After another 40 i asked for the script back so I could go elsewhere and my medication magically appeared. An honest answer in the first place would have been really great as I had 2 screaming toddlers attached. There was one plastic chair they available for waiting. Dispensary staff were very unhelpful and looked stressed. Counter staff were lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't speak for the prescription side but staff were helpful when I bought perfume. They opened the cases and I took my sweet time. The retail assistant was patient and helpful. Great big pharmacy. I would shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for my vaccine at 11:30 on a Saturday, they managed to run out of needles, didn't notify me until I had been waiting for 10 minutes for them to finish processing walk-ins. Were polite but wouldn't recommend coming here for a vaccine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are lovely, helpful and polite.
However, they are, (no fault of their own), extremely understaffed, therefore, overworked, and they often have irate backed up customers waiting. At times they receive a lot of abuse. It's not unusual to have only ONE pharmacist on.
Please be patient. It's a sign of the times with covid and cost cutting owing to distribution costs etc.
The staff really do their utmost best.
