★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very poor customer service, I have been there plenty of times before and it has been pretty good, but the first lady who almost always is cello-taping things to things was doing exactly that and seem to be more concerned with her activity than dealing with customers. My second point is that I overheard a customer complain about how much she owed the store and the response was below what one would expect in a customer service situation like that, again the cellotaping lady had to leave her station and deal with it but was unable to, the second lady who came to deal with it said an obvious lie about another chemist at a volume that was not needed, she just wanted to get rid of the lady who had the issue. I dont really write reviews but I thought that since I have years of experience dealing with customers, these issues were below par and should be looked in to. That is the last time I will use this store and will advise the rest of my cohort of where they move to in October. I think that in a role where you are meeting people with various health issues the customer,no matter what, should be looked after on every level of customer service.

All the staff remember my name they are all friendly ,have time for me, and care make you feel welcome .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang up a couple of days ago to find out how I go about booking a Covid Vaccine at this pharmacy, and the lady who answered the phone very rudely said “You will just have to ring up the national booking system LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!”.
As if suggesting I was trying to jump the cue or something. I was really taken back by her tone as so many place’s now take their own bookings. I was only trying to find out about how their booking system works. It was really rude and I was really offended. I have been using this Pharmacy for years, even as a child my parents used this pharmacy and we always found them very helpful. So this is very disappointing and not what I expected. One star from me for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant Pharmacy. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the new premise is beautiful. Been going here longer than I can remember and don't ever plan on changing. Hard to find a pharmacy team so willing to go that extra mile to help, but the team at Woodham have nailed it and always make you feel at home!
