Almost 25 years ago when I established our business here I vowed that we would “Go the extra mile” for our customers. If we had to add all those miles today we would surely be looking at having travelled a good few million miles. We are proud of our reputation and record as being the region’s most liked, reliable and respected home furnishers. My well trained staff and I take great pride in serving customers in the age old traditions of polite and friendly service accompanied with good well researched product knowledge and above all, the best dollar for dollar deals value in town. Barry Muir’s Furniture Gallery (originally Furniture Save) has been operating here in the Tauranga / Mt Maunganui region since 1992.

Shopped all over town, Greenslades told us what we wanted couldnt be done. Funnily they are one of the two other Layzboy retailers in town.

The lady wasn't sure on a number of issues. Had to ask to get her to check on facts, or whether they had brochures or not. She didn't volunteer to obtain the information.
A "BIGGY" tho, was she chewed chewing gum all the time she spoke with us. Not a good look nor smell.
How "unprofessional" is that?? Greatly I'd say. Needless to say, wasn't impressed.

I purchased a 3 seater couch, which was a bargain.
I live in an apartment across the road from Furniture Gallery, Steve ,Jack and Barry carried the couch across the road and up to the 3rd floor, wouldn't fit in the lift. Then the fun began.the couch wouldn't fit through the door!! By this time Sean had arrived they had to take the door off after a lot of careful manoeuvring they finally got the couch into my apartment.
Thank you for the great service guys.
I'll certainly be back when I'm looking for more furniture.
