β β β β β Terrible service! The manager made my mother cry! The mattress was defective, months old with a 10 year warranty. The worker implied my little sister damaged the mattress, was incredibly rude, and at one point just turned around and told another worker to "deal with this", and walked off. Me and my family will never buy from them again, and we advice the same to everyone we know.

When looking for a new bed recently we found salesman Shiv to be very helpful and patient, not at all pushy. On finding out we were returning customers he threw in a few extras on top of what was already a good deal. We visited every bed shop in town and whilst some others were good, none were operating at this level. I absolutely recommend Beds4u.
