At 7:30p.m., I placed an order for dine-in and takeout, but received takeaway food first at 7:40 p.m., followed by dining at 8:15p.m., a delay nearly an hour. Even the (garlic Naan) they provided was half-burned. Even after complaining , a staff member named "HEENA" reacted badly and hostile, refusing to listen to the issue. To be honest, I would never recommend this location to a friend or family member. There are plenty of other great restaurants in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Ordered food at 6:15 for dine in and takeaway but got takeaway food first at 6:25 and dine at 7:20 that is more than a hour. Even the food( garlic Naan) we got was half burned. Even after complaining the staff member named “HEENA” showed attitude and was talking rude wasn’t even listening what the issue is. Tbh i will never recommend this place to anyone. There are heaps of other good restaurants around. Have attached the pics of the burnt naan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeaway. Mild butter chicken tastes like water, one drop of flavouring and cream. Very bland. Also ordered medium tika misala, tastes like mild with a drop of spice and couldn't tell if that was butter chicken or tika misala. Also not much rice for 2 people. Wouldn't go back. Surprised the restaurant was full. Very expensive as well. We have tried this place in Auckland too, it seems to be the same quality in any place they have a restaurant, what a shame.

Even the food we were served (garlic Naan) was half-burned. Even after complaining, a staff worker named "HEENA" became irritated and nasty, not even listening to the problem. To be honest, I would never suggest this location to anyone. There are plenty other excellent eateries in the area.

*Food was really bad.
*Ordered food at 6/20 got food at 7/20 *
*1 hour to make food
*Other tables were booked after us and got food first and when I told one of the staff HEENA, she was very rude and even didn't listen properly, they need to learn some skills about respecting and caring for every customer
* I got take away food first and it's like 1and a half hour early which makes no sense as they have to serve dine in food first and then they can give takeaway food when some one is paying bill or leaving the place
*Naan had been half-burned.
Really impressed by their service , i hope i will not go their again in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a meal here with my girl before coming out the menu online which had a huge range I couldn’t wait to come down for a meal. Staff were very friendly and professional overall the restaurant had a really good vibe. Our starters came within 15 followed then by our mains 15 mins later even with nearly all the tables filled. Will be back for sure perfect way to eat out at an affordable price. Thank you little India I was very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I walked in as 4 and it was absolutely packed we thought we wouldn’t be served and we would been waiting for hours for a food. Mains came in 10 mins and 10 mins after our mains we were served promptly with profession and were out 10 mins later. Thank you so much we will be back :)

Even if u ask other people they will say same about this location. Even the manager says that 1hour time is normal. but its not.
