★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate the fact we had just dropped down to level 3 and I’m all for supporting small business but unfortunately the two snapper I received with my order were horrible. The middle of the fish ran grey brown and tasted very bitter and the rest of the fish was very fishy and old tasting. My expectation for the price of a snapper is that it should be at least fresh. I’ll go back but I hope they get it right next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Spring rolls but the size has halved since they first made them, and cost more. Ordered battered sausages a while ago but they were hot dogs that they had pulled the stick out of! Quite disappointing. Unfortunately the containers compared to others that are normally full are only 3 quarters. Nice people but, ahhh shouldn't be soooo stingy! It doesn't go unnoticed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids asked me to buy fish and chips from Beached as takeaway and I phoned the shop to have a takeaway order. The gentleman on the phone has a very warm voice and when I asked what burger do you have, he offered the best burger they have - Chicken burger. Frankly speaking I found the taste of burger is quite good. The burger buns quality could be better however you need to be fair at $7.50 you cannot expect something better than that. This shop is very local, and I feel grateful I have this shop around and can order tasty food when need. During Covid we have seen many small to medium business falling hence I think we all need to support local business as much as we can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered fish and chips, kumara chips and a pad Thai. First of all everything has increased by a dollar. And the pad Thai we ordered looks more like hor fun. Nothing special and nothing like pad Thai. Disappointed. Probably won't be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like any other takeaway I'm always looking at the value for money combos. I ordered the hamburger combo and it did not dissapointment me. My hamburger and fries was so delicious. My colleagues also ordered the same combo and gave it a thumbs up. We ate inside the very clean and tidy takeaway.

Forgot to ask for spicy noodles and very kindly the chef put them back in the wok and made them spicy for me! Won tons were delicious too!
Definitely will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered satay bbq on rice and looked like a slop. Satay sauce didn’t even taste like it was made of peanuts. Wedges were $5 for literally just a few and these are a rip off. This is probably $1 worth of wedges in South AKL. Wouldn’t recommend coming here
