β β β β β Was really impressed with the value and quality of the accommodation. All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is really well fitted and clean. The rooms are bigger and are more equipped than hotel rooms that are a lot more expensive. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Our only complaint would be the blue light from the Ubiquiti wireless devices on the roof could keep you up at night

β β β β β Positives:
BIGGEST POSITIVE WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T REQUIRE GUESTS TO BE DOUBLE VACCINATED AND A SIMPLE NEGATIVE TEST WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE BIG PLUS FOR THAT!!! Quick check in, big room, free car parks, Netflix available on TV, good WiFi, very comfortable bed with crisp bedding, excellent shower pressure, pub on-site but cannot hear it at all which is a bonus and I was there on New Years Eve.
Negatives:
Didn't like the fact that you felt like you had to almost tippy toe when you sat on the toilet and I ain't short (5ft8in) should have been put in around 100mm shorter at a guess. Also one tiny container of body wash was available daily which was only able to service one person. Could have included a microwave to heat up left over takeaways for example (hint: Place one right on top of that massive fridge). Main room doors are extremely loud when they close as a result can hear everyone coming and going. Shower NEEDS some sort of shelving in their instead of having to bend over to get body wash/shampoo etc. Would have been nice to have some bedside drawers instead of having to place a whole bunch of things on the tiny surface that was available, don't mind living out of my bag/s but yeah a set of small bedside drawers would have been great, the "do not disturb" sign kept blowing off the handle and needs to be fixed asap as the cleaners walked in while I was using the bathroom (Hint: Add a card slot to the door instead so it doesn't have a chance to fly off), bedroom does get really hot even with all the windows open and the fan on full blast (installing air-conditioners wouldn't go a miss), Some decaf coffee sachets would also be great for those who are extremely sensitive to caffeine, also your menu stated to having Gluten-free and vegetarian options but barely saw any and was keen to spend some money but it's unfortunate I was unable to.

β β β β β The courtyard studios are modern clean adequate rooms and reception staff are efficient and friendly. NEEDS A MICROWAVE, plates and a bit of cutlery. There is an adjoining restaurant and pub bar, but who wants to, or can afford to eat there for every meal. My only real complaint is the parking. It is a joke. Restaurant and pub patrons also use the room parks and are encouraged to do so because the carpark is simply nowhere near big enough even for mid week. This facility is located on a busy street. BEWARE you may wind up parking a mile away and leaving your vehicle on the street in a big city for the night. Simply unacceptable when you have booked a room.

β β β β β Good accommodation, friendly staff and clean room.
Parking, yep, it wasn't a problem.
Location, 10min stroll to cbd.
Value? Exceptional.
Amenities...kids were disappointed the pool table wasn't free, but hey, the nice outdoor space made up for it..a lovely setting.
Traffic...kinda disappointing to feel Management doesn't close the car park sooner-a lot of traffic noise.
Nearby restaurant- problematic. If you want return customers, please ensure a function doesn't go ahead till the wee small hours. My kids didn't sleep, and as a result, neither did I.
So a strong review, but on the back of my luggage set under my eyes...I probably wouldn't return. At least, not with my kids...
