The guy who works their is full of self-importance and pompous. I have better places to spend my hard earned money where the people behind the counter can at the very least speak civily to their customers.

but the older man that is there has no customer service skills and was beyond condescending to me regarding my parcel.
I have sent many parcels exactly the same size using the same ticket as recommended by the post and from other postal services, and was told itd be fine as long as its under the weight. ive sent hundreds and theyve been fine.
if it wasnt for the fact the lady in there is lovely id give it a one star.
will be switching to a different courier and postal service because of this terrible experience.
