★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here is absolutely shocking, my nana came in this morning on Tuesday the 9th of Feb qnd the lady who was working was not willing to help her with her queries at all. The lady had a rude tone and was being rude without any reason towards my nan. To the henderson branch of bed bath and beyond, please sort your staff out as some of them do not know basic human decency. The lady who served my nana had short, black hair, didn't get her name though.
Instead of this lady helping my nana with her queries she just told her to go to the st.Luke's branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might want to sort out the store manager at Henderson Branch. Called the office line to query about a early pick up if possible providing proof I purchased online. However I was told to cancel my order and come to the store to make the purchase but in a not so friendly tone. I just wanted a simple YES or NO answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in grabbed a rug, walked around the store for a good 10min got to the counter hadn't been greeted no 'hello' nothing.. they seem to care more about complaining about some lady in payroll and another lady named Janis instead. The only thing the lady at the counter said 'This isn't on sale'... uh okay.. I didn't ask and not sure why that would be the first thing you would think to say to a customer who's buying something. Quite rude. Maybe a refresher in customer service would be the go.

Took the time to call me just after we left the store to make us aware that the duvet cover i was looking at was on special. Hence due to this call went back and purchased it. This is going the extra step for the customer and the kinda of service that is lacking in other shops.
