★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought, being a "Specialist Store", their prices would be expensive. I was wrong. I needed Towels. Their prices were competitive with "The Big Chain Stores" and in my case , had a better range of towels to choose from. All I was after was quality beige coloured towels, which I could not find elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice store, but you get that crammed in feeling. The lady at the counter was lovely, but I was over charged only by $1.00 but I did not realise until I got home. But I will back as the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always found good quality products to purchase for the home, laundry, kitchen and bathroom. Sales are worth keeping an eye on as I have always purchased good quality gear. But poor customer interaction and service spoil an enjoyable retail experience for the 3rd time.
