β β β β β Loved it. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and a really good menu to choose from. There is a lovely garden area to sit in with a shade sale and plenty of umbrellas and it's dog friendly. My dog enjoyed being social and doing the rounds of the tables while we ate generous portions of fresh blue cod and salt and pepper squid. Yum!

β β β β β We had a lovely time at Blacks, it was the first weekend for the new owners, and they did great! Friendly check-in and bar service, the room was a fine size for one night, and clean too ?
Lovely garden area outside, and a quirky bar. Dinner was perfect, we went for the lamb and the steak (the steak was the best Iβve had in a very long time) ?
Blacks would be a great place for a group of friends doing the bike trail, and weβll certainly be back!

β β β β β Good place to stop on the cycle trail. Owners are new to the pub so we'll worth a visit. Wide range of gins on offer but not Ophir Gin! Place has a quirky feel. Go on step inside
